Interested in trying the pottery wheel? Have some wheel experience but want to come play with clay in Truro for a week as a refresher? This exciting class is for you! We’ll cover the basics and learn to throw cups, bowls and plates and for those that are ready, maybe some handles, lids, spouts and more! Bring your curiosity, clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and your sense of humor to this invigorating all-levels-welcome pottery class.

Brian Taylor received his BFA from Utah State University and his MFA from New York State School of Ceramics at Alfred University. He has been a resident artist, taught classes, worked for many art centers and universities across the country and is currently teaching Ceramics at Barnstable High School. His work is exhibited nationally and he co-authored the book Glaze: The Ultimate Ceramic Artists Guide to Glaze and Color.
