Join Chef Michael Ceraldi in the kitchen to prepare, learn about, and enjoy the basics of Italian cooking! Sign up for one, or all sessions!

November 7: Pasta/Pomodoro
November 14: Risotto/Arancini
November 21: Gnocchi/Malfatti

Students will learn the foundation of the Italian kitchen. During the lesson different dishes, regions and histories will be discussed along with possible wine pairings and variations, while focusing on locally sourced ingredients. Students will be able to enjoy a meal at the end of each evening, and leave the series with a confident knowledge of basic Italian scratch cooking.
