When we make something with an intention, it can bring substance to our work beyond the skills of form and design. We will be focusing on bowls for this workshop. They can be something from a specific dish that is meaningful to you to a bowl for an event or a gift or perhaps for healing intentions. There can also be clay objects made to be placed in the bowl or simply dedicated spaces for water, candles, or special nature collections. Whatever you wish!
This is a hand-building workshop, so there will be instruction for pinch, coil and slab methods. All levels are welcome. Tools are provided, but feel free to bring your favorites!
