Inch by Inch is a throwing intensive where we will explore methods of throwing to create taller, thinner and more elegant pots. We will work to gathering the clay from the bottom to a point where you could eliminate trimming all together. That being said we will make cylinders and bowls starting small at a pound and a half and working our way up to 5 or 6 pounds depending on your comfort level. We will be honing in and refining our technical skills. 

Corrinn Jusell is a practicing ceramic artist working in porcelain functional wares based in New Bedford Ma. Jusell received her Bachelors in fine arts and design from UMass Dartmouth in 2018 and has been teaching in a variety of art centers for the last 7 years. In that time she also worked as a production potter for Jill Rosenwald a ceramic design in Boston where she honed in her throwing skills.
