JOB DESCRIPTION
PROGRAM MANAGER & OUTREACH COORDINATOR
Duties Include:
The Program Manager is the front line person in dealing with the public and must be conversant with the entire Spring & Summer & Fall program and inner workings of Castle Hill.
- Answering phones and relaying messages
- Registering students, which includes:
Explaining registration policy
Collecting outstanding fees before start of class
Communicating all class changes to director
Mailing material lists and other pertinent information
Preparing and delivering accurate class lists to teachers and Studio Managers
Updating the website with all workshops and events
Creating a Weekly Newsletter through Constant Contact
Responsible for keeping accurate attendance records
Organizing and sending out contracts to faculty, keeping all records and follow up
Running the office store and keeping precise sales records and inventory
Maintaining office files and faculty portfolios / resumes
Keeping the office clean and well supplied
Organizing all Special Events, working with Board & Events Committee & Directors
Coordinating Outreach Programs – Artist in the Schools, Senior Program, Kid After-School Program other projects as they come up.
Assisting director with preparation of catalogue, assisting with workshop needs, studio space and equipment.
Working with the Program Coordinator on Marketing, getting press releases out, getting ads out, flyers & Social Media
Helping president with board correspondence
General office assistant to director, ie. mailing out contracts
Recruiting volunteers & Interns
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferred, strong organizational and communication skills, experience in the arts and knowledge of materials and process, computer literate, team player, outgoing, good with people. People of color are encouraged to apply.

Salary range:
$50,000- $55,000 based on experience
